DLGN Micro...

based in Chesterfield, Virginia, sells and maintains computer systems, peripherals and software for small businesses mainly in the 2 - 25 users network environment. We also procure custom-build servers and systems for a variety of needs and uses.

Dating back to 1997...

our founder has been serving Virginia businesses with distinction in the field of computers ranging from proprietary systems to IBM compatibles. We integrate and peripherals as well. Most important, SERVICE has always been the focal point.

Communication...

is another of our strong suits. Every step of the way in each project we undertake, we are in constant communication with our clients. Changes, unexpected “glitches”, may jump into the fray at times. With DLGN Micro you will never get a “surprise” bill. Even the smallest variation from the original project plan is discussed with the client so that we are all “on the same page”.

Simplicity...

is another virtue here at DLGN Micro. We perform all our work by personal contact with our clients. First we make a site survey to get a "snapshot" of the client's current position. Then we determine, by interview, their needs and goals. Finally we prepare a project proposal consisting of equipment, scope of work and price.

Service...

is the backbone of DLGN Micro. Since our founding in 1997, we have had to rely on our service staff in lean times for operating revenue. In better times, our experts are busy installing, configuring, expanding and supporting our sales. We always do our best to support our clients and protect their investment.
